Eduardo Matamoros is a Visual Design Curriculum Fellow and Online Mentor at General Assembly. Prior to his arrival at GA, he was a doctoral student in the Cognitive and Learning Sciences in Education department at Columbia University Teachers College. Eduardo holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design and has over 15 years of experience as both an educator and a designer. He was a part-time professor of visual communication in Austin, Texas and has worked in advertising agencies with both multinational and non-profit clients. As an extension of his background in design, technology, and education, Eduardo is interested in creating novel, user-centered experiences for adult learners in multimedia environments.
