Edsel Rivera is a Senior Technical Recruiter at OJO Labs. He has recruited in both agency and corporate environments and has experience working with early-stage startups and FAANG companies. Edsel was a finalist in the SourceCon Grandmaster Challenge and has presented about his organic and pragmatic approach to recruiting. He has a passion for helping people change their lives through meaningful work. Due to his own work journey, he is passionate about helping others navigate career changes. When he is not working, Edsel can be found climbing, slacklining, and practicing yoga with his wife Haley and fur babies Hobo and Wellington.
