Dr. Robert Clewley

Senior Data Science Manager, MailChimp

Dr. Robert Clewley is a polymath scientist and educator. He is currently a senior data science manager at MailChimp, having been a professor at Georgia State University and Agnes Scott College. Dr. Clewley's academic research in computational and mathematical modeling methods has been applied to epilepsy, cancer, cardiology, and biomechanics. His research has been supported by federal grants from NSF and the Army Research Laboratory. From the high school level to graduate degree level, he has developed and taught a variety of courses spanning mathematics, data science, computer science, neuroscience, and technical writing. Dr. Clewley also develops the open source PyDSTool modeling software that is used in many scientific and engineering fields.
