I'm a guy that genuinely subscribes to "The Platinum Rule" in life. So, from a professional perspective, if I’m selling to or servicing a client, leading a team, or collaborating with a co-worker, that’s my compass.

Any position I’ve ever had has had a business development focus to it. The more strategic the sale, the more gratifying it is to me because it requires utilizing both halves of my brain.

I have an affinity for building meaningful and mutually rewarding relationships. My grit, resilience, intellectual curiosity, and authenticity are not only my calling card but my differentiator.

Upon graduating from the University of Florida, I was recruited by the E&J Gallo Winery to work in their On-Premise Sales and Sales Management program. This proved to be an incredible training ground within the consumer products industry with the world’s largest privately held winery.

I took a leap of faith and left the Winery to join an upstart firm called TrialGraphix as their 14th employee where I spent 12+ years honing my consultative sales and management skills. The company grew to 300 full-time employees over my tenure and was recognized as the nation’s pre-eminent litigation consulting firm.

Prior to joining Benjamin Douglas, I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for two best in class organizations. New Horizons Computer Learning Center – South Florida. While there I was on the B2B sales team. In that capacity I was identifying training gaps within organizations and providing technical and business skills training solutions. The New Horizons network is the world’s largest IT training organization.

Marsh & McLennan Agency – a subsidiary of Marsh, the world’s largest insurance broker and risk advisor. As a Risk Advisor I was working with Business Owners, CEO’s and CFO’s on risk transfer solutions enabling them to better protect their assets.

I grew up in Miami, Florida but have lived in Atlanta, Georgia; Raleigh, N.C.; Los Angeles, Ca.; and Helsinki, Finland over the course of my professional career. I currently reside in South Miami and never grow tired of hearing my two son’s voices when they say "Dad"!
