Dominique Taylor is 1776’s Managing Director of Talent and Culture. At 1776 she is building out internal functions to attract, develop and retain an extraordinary team working towards the company’s goal of unlocking human potential. She will leverage that work, as well as her previous experience, with start-ups around the world.
Prior to 1776, Dominique built out the Talent and Culture function at EverFi, a DC-based education technology company. She joined EverFi from the Advisory Board Company where she focused on Workforce Management, managing client recruitment and retention process improvement efforts.
Dominique launched her career as a Strategy Consultant with the Monitor Company after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
