Dickson has been working in the Information Technology and Utilities sectors since he graduated from the University of Washington. Currently, Dickson works as a Data Scientist at Droste, a Data Science Consultancy founded in Hong Kong. His primary responsibilities involve data architecture, predictive analysis, and data education. Dickson is passionate about learning from data and is interested in all things about data, from how data is generated and stored to how data is analyzed, presented, and used to make decisions.

Dickson graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, where he received formal training on statistical programming and applied mathematics. Outside of the data science world, Dickson loves spending his free time watching Netflix.
