Denise Nicole Francis is a Sr. Product Designer for Salesforce. Her focus in user experience and visual design is applied daily to cognitive strategy design and visually communicating data to assist users in understanding using a very specific cloud based customer relationship management software platform. She also occasionally moonlights as as creative designer for India.Arie Inc., and formerly taught university students in graphic design fundamentals at Atlanta Technical College and LaGrange College as well as formerly served as a Product Designer for IBM at The Weather Company. She stays inspired by constructing creative content for social media platforms, travelling, and attempting to create gourmet meals from scratch. Denise holds a BS in Architecture and M.Arch from Florida A&M University, as well as a MFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, all while maintaining special training in User Experience from General Assembly Atlanta.
