Delane is currently Curator at KPMG Ignition Centre, where her work focuses on curating innovation experiences and engaging clients in the innovation process.

Prior to joining KPMG, Delane was a Design Engineer and Design Innovation Facilitator at SUTD-MIT International Design Center. As a Design Engineer, Delane led and was part of several award-winning projects that have received national media coverage. As a Design Innovation Facilitator, Delane trained partners from telecommunications, defence, media and engineering industries in Design Innovation, with some kickstarting projects within their organisations.

Delane started her career as an entrepreneur. She was Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer of Novelsys, an award-winning start-up that designed and manufactured the world's first wireless charging mobile phone sleeve, and has remained an active member of the Southeast Asian start-up community.

Delane is also the author of the illustrated book, "Can I Try These", part of an education and empowerment project she started to help women take charge of one of the most important and personal issues for 50% of the population worldwide.
