Dej has been passionate about researching and designing user experiences for 10 years. Having worked on high-volume data products for storage and security at IBM, she took her experience in wireframing, dashboard design, and user testing into the identity management domain. Currently as Senior UI/UX Designer at CSID, Dej is empowered to whiteboard product roadmaps, prototype user flows, conduct usability tests and collaborate across teams to optimize the user's identity monitoring experience. She designs native and responsive web ID services leveraged by companies including MasterCard, Costco, and TurboTax.
