Nothing energizes me more than connecting people and building relationships. That means I share knowledge, resources, and have candid conversations with professionals throughout job search, all the while navigating career changes and purposefully managing careers. It is this passion that is not only my motivation, but also the way that I make a difference and impact my little corner of the world.

While in private coaching sessions, I serve as a trusted adviser to all levels of professionals in each phase of the job search journey. I've built a reputation for discovering and leveraging online resources for researching, 1-on-1 training, and webinar facilitation. I enjoy sharing career-focused social networking tips with groups like Job Search 101, BJM and Career Transition Workshop. As a LinkedIn Expert, I enjoy presenting proactive career management strategies at Texas A&M Mays Business School, South Texas College of Law and to professional associations such as FENG and IIBC.

When I started my professional career, I never expected to have 4 different careers up to this point. From my first job out of college to my current portfolio career, I realize there is a common thread running throughout all of them: my fulfillment and satisfaction come from assisting people who are in difficult situations or experiencing crisis.
