Dean Stallard is the Regional Director of Hays in Hong Kong and over a decade of experience in recruitment. He joined Hays in Australia in 2004 where he gained wide and varied experience in recruiting roles for five major divisions including architecture, construction, facilities management, engineering and property. He moved to Japan in 2008 to help drive growth in the newly acquired operation and establish Hays construction and property specialisms in Japan. In 2013, Dean was appointed as Business Director for Hays' life sciences specialism across the APAC region before he relocated to Hong Kong. Dean is currently responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the Hays business in Hong Kong.
