Boundaries demonstrate self respect and an understanding of what is and is not your responsibility. Many of us struggle with employing boundaries in life and work. The power of taking ownership of your life is transforming and infectious. Changing the ways you respond to internal and external expectations creates a new way of living that cannot be ignored. Through the "Drawing Your Line,Setting Boundaries" workshop and 8 week course we work together in a support group setting to find the support, courage and motivation to make necessary change happen. This book/program can be used for faith based events, retreats, book study and even as an 8 week course meeting weekly for 2 hours.

My work as a Women's Esteem Coach has led me to focus in the area of boundaries and how they shape our lives. The degree to which you are a master of setting boundaries is equal to the degree of self-respect one possesses. Boundaries allow us to say "No" to the things and people who are not good for us and "Yes" to those that are worthy of our time and energy.

I have co-written a book with my good friend and fellow Life Coach, Alison Smith entitled, "Drawing Your Line, Setting Boundaries as Women." This book is designed to begin a conversation among women that will lead them down the path of self-examination and ultimately, self empowerment. The book outlines a 14 step process toward setting necessary boundaries. This program is designed for women and is a shared, group experience.

I am available for workshops, speaking engagements and presentations. The 8 week course is offered several times a year and is ideal for college campuses, women's organizations, retreats and faith based women's groups.
