David Muller is the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Integration at DataXu, a 350 employee technology company focused on helping improve marketing through big data and analytics. In his role at Dataxu, Dave is responsible for making sure that from first interaction through onboarding, new hires at DataXu have a transparent, informative & supportive integration into their DataXu careers.

Prior to his role at DataXu, Dave was the senior director of global recruiting at Rapid7, a Boston based security and analytics leader and perennial winner of both local and national "best places to work" awards over the past 5 years. Over the course of his career, Dave has also worked as heads of talent acquisition for Cengage Learning, a $5B in revenue educational technology company and Fidelity investments, one of the worlds largest provide of workplace savings plans and brokerages.

Dave has a BS degree in English from Brandeis university and despite having lived in 6 states over the course of his career, is a native New Englander where he resides in Hingham with his wife, son and impressive collection of landscaping toys.
