Danielle Lucido is a trusted advisor in the field of leadership development. She now has eighteen+ years experience leading small to mid-size organizations and has the natural gift of synergistic knowledge which she uses to get to the heart of the matter to solve people and profit problems.

Her curiosity and quest around the practice of leadership started right out of college where she found herself scaling a small family run organization from staff of 4 to eventually over 50 and responsible for the oversight of a 20 million P&L at the ripe old age of 25.

As the Executive Director in the education management industry she focused on turnaround organizations and cultivated award winning, high-performance cultures that enabled student, staff and organizational metrics to meet and exceed goals. She also spent three years as a professional coach and facilitator, where she helped clients find their purpose, cultivate confidence and accomplish their leadership goals.

In her current role she oversees the recruitment, on-boarding, management, development, project alignment and growth of their prestigious leadership network.

Danielle is also committed to gender representation & equality within her local community. She serves on the Rising Generation Committee at The Boston Club and empowering women leaders on the topic of economic empowerment by facilitating salary negotiation workshops for AAUW in the greater Boston area.
