She is a well-versed Recruiter with 12 years of experience in multiple locations, including LATAM, Europe, and the US. For the last 8 years, Daniela has focused her Recruitment efforts in the field she loves the most: all things Tech and Digital. Prior to R/GA, she has worked at Hewlett Packard and IBM. Daniela is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and mentoring Jr. and under-represented Tech talent.
