He has led the planning and execution of user research initiatives for a wide range of organisations, and focuses on obtaining feedback that is not just insightful, but also actionable and can lead to real impact.

Daniel has led and managed design projects for clients at Reassemble in the sectors of Government, Finance, Education and Retail. Some notable clients include Suntec City, Grab Financial Services, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Starbucks.
