Her work is driven by principles of authentic diversity, leading to intentional ideation and sensible designs. Daijah is a General Assembly UXDI Alumna, and focuses her post-grad efforts on lowering the entry point for UX Design and tech. She has worked as an Instructional Associate for General Assembly, participated as a tester for the Google Professional Certificate program, and is an Events Lead for the Hexagon UX DC Chapter.
