Courtney Graham is the Vice President of People Operations at Four Winds Interactive (FWI), a leading technology company in Denver. She drives FWI’s overall people operations strategy including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, culture, diversity efforts, compensation, benefits, and training & development both internally as well as external training provided to clients. Courtney has held a variety of human resource positions from various industries including, retail, healthcare, higher education and technology. In 2013, Courtney was awarded the Colorado SHRM Summit Award that recognized her outstanding contributions as a strategic human resource management leader. Courtney is a certified trainer and facilitator in Fierce Conversations and a certified consultant from Lominger International in Leadership Architect. Courtney holds a B.A. degree in Speech from the University of Hawaii and an M.B.A. Outside of the office, Courtney is an active member in the community and is passionate about helping companies and individuals reach their full potential. Courtney was Mrs. Colorado 2012 and has been a key note speaker for various charity events including many Susan G Komen, Race for Cure opening ceremonies.
