Court designed the software interfaces for components of Windows and several of the Microsoft.com domain support web sites in his twenty-year career at Microsoft.

During that time he became a staunch company-wide advocate for user centered design as a direct report for Microsoft’s Director of Design. He has significant professional experience both as a technical program manager, as a user experience designer, and as a user experience team manager.
