Colleen is currently building a world class payments platform empowering Airbnb hosts and guests to exchange billions of dollars in over 191 countries and 70 currencies. At Airbnb, she also worked on growing the Experiences business which consists of activities hosted by local experts. Before Airbnb, Colleen worked with several different companies and projects, large and small, and across various industries, learning that the path to developing exciting products and highly productive teams always looks different. When not thinking about prioritization, scale and growth problems, or creative new opportunities, Colleen enjoys cooking and eating good food, biking, plants, and traveling (she has lived overseas twice). Colleen also runs a small fair trade business designing and importing jewelry made from seeds sustainably harvested from the rainforests of Ecuador, La Pucara Jewelry Collections.
