His work supports Crimson Hexagon's SAAS platform, which empowers enterprise clients to search through hundreds of billions social media posts for content related to their brand or target audience through powerful social media listening and analytics.
Colin studied theoretical linguistics and then earned a Masters in computational linguistics, which uses computers to reason about and understand natural language, and includes topics such as Natural Language Processing, Automated Speech Recognition, and Chat bots, as well as Statistical Modeling, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Translation.
