Coleman was one of those kids who doesn’t know what he wants to do when he grows up.

He started his career as a software developer, eventually landed up becoming a UX practitioner in 2007. Right from the start, he’s been working on big, complex projects (key government websites, government intranets, university websites, etc.). Even today, he runs a team in a local bank, working on the UX of their most complex project – the corporate online banking platform.

Once in a while, he still feels like doesn’t know what he wants to do when he grows up.
