Cody’s passion for design and technology began when he built his first website in the sixth grade. After high school, he got his first design job at US Airways while earning his BSD in Visual Communication Design from Arizona State University.
In 2011 Cody moved to Silicon Valley to join PayPal where he led the largest transformation of checkout to-date while evangelizing a new way of working using Lean UX and collaborative design. He later joined Facebook to connect the world through Facebook search products — 1.7 billion users and counting.
Today, Cody is bringing his design experience to a much needed space: healthcare. He’s leading design at Doctor On Demand where he applies user-centered design and design thinking to reinvent the healthcare experience for patients and doctors across the U.S.
When he’s not pushing pixels, Cody enjoys traveling the world and exploring the bay area with his husband and their rambunctious 6 pound Chihuahua.
