Cleb is a seasoned online strategist and digital marketing expert currently working for Australia’s largest superannuation fund.
Responsible for developing, scoping and implementing digital initiatives to drive conversion rate optimisation, Cleb was a growth hacker before Qualaroo founder Sean Ellis coined the term back in 2010.
With over 10 years digital, sales and marketing experience, he is passionate about leveraging psychology and behavioural data to help businesses connect with their customers online.
Prior to joining AustralianSuper, he consulted for the US analytics software company Webtrends, as well as several leading Australia and overseas organisations helping them drive more value out of their users across finance, travel, telco, education, ecomm, publishing and other industries.
Over the years Cleb has the privilege to work with some of the most talented digital marketers from businesses like Qantas, NIB, Marcs and Spencer, Europcar, Mantra Resorts, Kmart, Target, Ninemsn, CommBank, ANZ, Bankwest, Virgin Money, Open Universities, University of Tasmania, RMIT and dozens more.
He uses a broad range of techniques Design Thinking, Persuasion Architecture, Lean UX, Agile PM and Growth Hacking to help organisations connect with their customers.
