Dr. Clare Gollnick is the Chief Technology Officer at Terbium Labs, an information security and dark web data intelligence startup with headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. Trained both as a neuroscientist and as an engineer, Clare's work combines experimental science and traditional statistical inference with machine learning to engineer robust and scalable algorithms and analytics. Clare's academic publications cover a range of topics, from information processing in neural networks to biomaterials and drug delivery. Clare holds a Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
