Claire founded Firefly Communications (www.fireflycomms.com) in 1988, and rapidly expanded the business from the UK into France and Germany. Over a 30-year career in pan-European PR and Communications, Claire has helped hundreds of clients build their reputations, brands and market share. Some of Claire’s clients built the IT and telecoms infrastructure we enjoy today – Apple, HP, Google, Fujitsu, Motorola, Xerox and LG – whilst others have used that infrastructure or even disrupted it! Outside of Firefly, Claire is on the PRCA management board, chairs the ethics committee and is also a fellow of the CIPR.
