This class is taught by Dr. Christine Galib, who has taught numerous mindfulness workshops and classes to a wide range of participants -- from corporate leaders to caregivers -- including a custom-designed class that introduced high school students to mindfulness-based stress reduction. Dr. Galib has also co-taught two mindfulness classes at Rice's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, with several other experts in the field, as well as written articles and book chapters on mindfulness, creativity, and wellness. Dr. Galib also founded her own health and wellness company, as well as serves as the Senior Director of Accelerator Programs at the Ion.
