Chloe Bregman

Chloe’s life purpose is to significantly reduce human suffering by empowering people, teams and companies to build humane products and organizations. Over the last 8 years, she has realized this vision as a human-centered product development expert with a proven track record of forming and leading high-performance Agile teams. Chloe blends impeccable design, product, and marketing standards with equipoise and authentic leadership to develop teams and companies to their greatest potential.

She has worked with CEOs to envision and execute new direction for their companies, transformed a chaotic 30-person engineering group into thriving productive Scrum/XP teams and mentored designers to increase their impact and happiness at work. Most recently, Chloe developed the next generation of designers as Lead Instructor of the UX Design Immersive at General Assembly to land jobs at fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, she transformed design across a company as OneLogin’s Director of Design and Brand Experience. She championed diversity in the workplace with her #ILookLikeAnEngineer campaign and drew the attention of millions — including the White House, United Nations, and a NASA astronaut in orbit—to spawn a social movement that challenged stereotypes and cemented OneLogin as one of the top ten places to work in Silicon Valley.

Chloe has spoken at User Defenders, Adobe Youth Voice, and UX Night. She is a Certified Scrum Product Manager (CSPO) and advisor to Cascade SF. Outside of work, she teaches meditation and tantra yoga.
