Chelsea is Executive Director of Professional Women in Construction, the New York and founding Chapter. The mission of PWC is to advance women and minorities in construction and related industries. Chelsea's background is in politics and government. She worked on the 2008 presidential campaign, eventually working at U.S. Department of Transportation in the policy department. Chelsea has her Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics, with a focus on public management. She believes that technology can, and will, change how we build.
