As Design Manager, Chelsea oversees user experience for all products and services on UOB TMRW across four markets She currently leads a cross-functional team of UX, UI and content designers to deliver scalable design solutions that bridge business KPIs to customer needs. Chelsea’s mandate also includes identifying key breakthrough moments in customer experience through an institutionalised Discovery process.

Prior to this, Chelsea was UX Lead at PayPal APAC and International Markets, as well as Senior Experience Strategist at Citi FinTech (APAC).

Design to Chelsea is about weaving intention into a seamless, elevated experience. She is fascinated by elements that make up a transcendent user experience – happy to chat more if you like coffee.
