Charlotte Priestley currently works as a Lead UX Designer at the National Australia Bank (NAB). She is responsible for leading the UX design for digital projects across all digital channels, conducting the: ideation, creation of personas and customer journeys, service blueprints, conceptual design, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, detailed UI design and interaction design.
Previously, she worked for Tabcorp in Sydney, on TAB.com.au, Luxbet.com, Keno.com and has worked for other brands such as British Airways, Virgin, Air New Zealand, Flight Centre and Expedia in London.
Charlotte is passionate about UX design holistically and is forever on the look out for new technology and what it means to the digital sphere. She always keeps the user at the forefront and engages business stakeholders with conducive results.
Outside the wonderful world of UX, Charlotte loves painting, photography, film (Star Wars), reading, and going to see live music.
