    Charline Louet works in Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Formlabs, a late-stage startup that manufactures and sells desktop 3D Printers. Founded out of the MIT media lab, Formlabs is making 3D printing more accesible to engineers, designers, dentists and makers alike. Formlabs was responsible for one of the largest crowd-funded projects from Kickstarter back in 2012. Since then, Formlabs has more than doubled each year - bringing their headcount in 2017 to close to 400. Charline works on bringing new candidates to Formlabs in both their Somerville headquarters and in offices around the globe (Berlin and China).
