Charissa Hoffer is the Manager of Systems Data Operations at Healthgrades, responsible for the product side of data engineering and data validation for all of the data reaching Healthgrades.com. In this role, she is one part technology leader, one part incident firefighter, two parts product manager, and one part slack/outlook whack-a-mole champion. Charissa has been working in healthcare data for over 7 years taking on roles ranging from Cyber Security Data Analytics to Global Master Data Management, always gravitating toward using data to inform healthcare decisions and outcomes. When she isn’t hard at work delivering data, you can find her teaching dance-based HIIT classes at AKT RiNo
