Catherine Fung is the Director of Product Management at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), and a member of SPE's Women in Technology resource group. Over the last 10 years, she has successfully led teams to develop enterprise digital asset management systems that serve a variety of internal stakeholders from different lines of business. The key to her success has been integrating innovative technology within traditional business operations. In her current role, she is not only designing and driving the end user experience, but also pioneering the transformation of business processes from a waterfall to an agile methodology.
