Casey Bird is currently the Creative Lead at Refinery29 and previous to this she was a senior freelance creative for advertising agencies in London, Paris & Amsterdam. This inspired her to launch The Freelance Circle last year - a platform that invites freelancers to anonymously review places they’ve worked with the aim to improve the booming gig economy because she felt it was time to disrupt the market and make it better for all.
Last year Casey was selected as the first ever president of SheSays London after running their events and mentor scheme for over 3 years.
She has also been recognised by Campaign Magazine as one of their Future Female Leaders in 2017 and in 2018 selected for Creative Review's 'Creative Leaders 50’ as someone driving change in the creative industry and world at large.
