Throughout her career, Carynn has worked in a range of industries from hospitality, health and wellness, arts, nonprofit, and technology.

The consistent thread she has carried through each of her roles has been cultivating a sense of community through empathy and human connection. Drawing from her long-held interest in the power of connection, Carynn earned a degree in anthropology and history. Her studies explored the human experience, the story of how we relate to each other and what we can learn from our past.

Whether it be managing the buildout, opening, and operations of a new business, spearheading marketing initiatives, or planning and executing a large scale fundraising event, Carynn always aims to form strong connections with her teams as well as clients and, ultimately, elevate the customer experience.
