Carole is a tech savvy business leader, and certified project manager (PMP), with 15+ years- experience in marketing, sales, and finance at national nonprofits and leading global brands. During her career, she has worked with these organizations to provide strategic and developmental leadership to increase impact, client engagement, and business growth. Previously, she led the digital marketing strategy for one of Verizon’s multi-billion-dollar product portfolios focused on virtual networks and cloud-based applications. She is a frequent speaker on branding, social media, and using data driven marketing strategies to connect the right message to the right audience.
Carole also serves as a board member for UCLA’s Academic Advancement Program and is on the national board for Green Dot Public Schools. She has an undergraduate degree in Business and French from Hood College in Frederick, MD, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University SC Johnson Graduate School of Management, and holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, She recently graduated from the Coro Southern California "Lead LA" civic leadership program in May.
