Caitlin is the Head of Marketing and Communications at Paddl Co., an experience marketplace helping emerging talent discover, acquire and record experience relevant to their career aspirations.
With over 9 years of consumer marketing and strategy experience in the US and APAC regions, Caitlin has worked with major brands such as J.P. Morgan Chase and Ford Motor Company.
Although she is originally from the United States, Caitlin moved to Melbourne this past year from Shanghai, China where she ran the Chinese arm of a US headquartered automotive marketing agency for the past several years. Caitlin is proficient in Spanish and intermediate level in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys equine sports, cycling and practicing yoga.
