Cadence Weber is a Learning Experience Architect at Booz Allen Hamilton. In her role, she designs learning programs aimed at advancing the skills of the firm’s data science and analytics talent base. She is passionate about applying analytics to her own work and always brings an evidence-based, data first approach to all learning and development decisions. As part of her role, she manages the largest capability building training initiative ever undertaken by the firm to radically upskill their current employee population and equip them with data science skills. Prior to joining Booz Allen, she led MorganFranklin Consulting’s Learning & Development practice and implemented training programs at George Washington University.
