She launched Changing the Future for Women in Science and Engineering to help Rutgers female faculty lead the way in promoting inclusion in their fields. Her game changing Executive Leadership Programs for Women boasts a 57% promotion rate amongst alumnae. Next Level clients include a virtual Who’s Who of Fortune 500 companies including 15 of the Diversity Inc. Top 50. Catalyst award winners include JP Morgan, Chubb, Johnson & Johnson, Ernst &Young, KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, and Corning GlassWorks. The Next Level’s programs empower women to lead from wherever they sit, thus advancing in their careers while creating inclusive climates around them.
