Bridget is a business transformation consultant, 3x startup founder, and 15+ year creative agency leader, having produced 300+ websites, apps, videos, and brand campaigns. In a long-standing consulting engagement with J. Walter Thompson and its subsidiary digital agency network, Mirum, Bridget implements digital transformation, agile process, and global system rollouts.
In 2014, she co-founded Theycay, a travel startup focused on making it easy for groups to book into vacation rental houses. Bridget shut down this startup in early 2016 after reaching an impasse with her co-founder regarding their partnership, commonly known as "co-founder misalignment".
