Brenna oversees all of MOWA’s communications, including the Work Smart in Boston salary negotiation program and Women Entrepreneurs Boston (WE BOS). She also leads MOWA’s economic equity policy portfolio, which includes a first-in-the-nation pay equity model and addressing the City’s childcare needs. Prior to joining the City of Boston, she worked in operations at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. She currently serves on Planned Parenthood League of MA’s Young Friends. She lives in East Boston and recently received her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
