A panel discussion inviting business leaders to share ways we can all become advocates for gender equity in the workplace. Whether it be through sponsorship of our colleagues, elevating people’s voices, reducing late night emails, negotiating for fair pay, or empowering people to lead. There are so many small ways day to day that we all can increase equity for women in the workplace. Activism can also happen at every level. You do not need to wait until you are mid-career to start addressing these issues with your peers at work. Grassroots activism is happening in companies everywhere, sparking the rise of employee resource groups and mentorship programs.
