Founder of Product Strategy Solutions, Brandon helps small to medium sized businesses take products from idea to commercialization. Through the use of upstream marketing techniques (e.g. clear market segmentation, user/buyer personas, market sizing, etc.), product features are matched to customer needs. Next, Brandon guides the development and testing of a minimum viable product (MVP). Brandon then advises on launching the product (e.g. customer acquisition, pricing strategy, branding, etc.).
Brandon has two rules of business:
1) You can’t solve a problem you’re not working on
2) Make sure you are working on the right problem
Brandon is also a partner at Hit-the-Web Marketing (a digital marketing strategy consultancy), mentors start-ups in two accelerators (MassChallenge and Cleantech Open), and works with students at MassArt.
