Brad Neal is a seasoned designer and leader whose sixteen year career extends across print, interactive and experience design. Since joining IBM in Austin TX (2015), Brad has had the pleasure of leading multiple product teams in addition to being a lead for the Design Program Office’s Incubator Program (presently known as PATTERNS). Outside of IBM, Brad leads marketing for Tech Can [DO] Better. He is dedicated to creating sustainable, measurable and equitable change to benefit Black and Brown people across the tech industry.
