Boston
Brad started his career in television casting and development, then spent several years working in digital media at startups and marketing agencies. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Director of New Media and Online Strategy for the Massachusetts governor’s office. With a goal of supporting better access to government information and resources, he worked with multiple stakeholders through organizational, cultural and technical issues including privacy, copyright, accessibility, data security, employee training and social customer service. Since 2010, he’s been with Boston-based ad agency Hill Holliday where he works with brands on their digital and social media marketing programs, customer care, employee advocacy and training. He also leads seminars on digital and social media and lends his help to various small businesses and non-profits.
