AI-First Product Management
This course is designed to help learners build the product management skills companies are looking for today by blending proven PM practices with the power of AI.
Bill has twenty years’ experience in UX, IxD, and technology—leading cross-functional teams and designing user-centered mobile, web and physical interactions. He’s a full-time consultant, and formerly directed the New Media group at the Exploratorium. His interactive experience designs have been featured on PBS NewsHour, ABC News and at TwilioCon/Signal. He’s presented on UX at SIGGRAPH, Serious Play, UC Berkeley, NYU and the Getty. Earlier, he directed Network and Technology Services for The New School and its seven NYC colleges, and helped launch Parsons’ Digital Design program. His clients, stakeholders and collaborators include Adopt-a-Pet.com, Autodesk, Genentech, Google, KCET, MIT, National Science Foundation, Nestlé Purina, NYU, Otis College of Art and Design, Twilio, Stanford and UC Berkeley.
Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU, and a B.A. in Psychology from CSU, Northridge. He’s passionate about developing and iterating engaging user experiences informed by well-defined goals, user research and data. Above all, he’s deeply committed to helping others effectively think about and learn a craft he loves.

In this course, the learner will gain a hands-on introduction to data analytics and visualization using SQL and Tableau.
