Bill is a marketing and communications specialist with over 15 years senior management experience in the property industry.
Prior to establishing Wiltshire + Dimas in 2004, Bill managed national property portfolios for AMP Capital (PIF Fund), Macarthur Cook, City of Sydney and Jones Lang LaSalle as a national and group marketing manager with boutique agents Pelorus Property and Wynn Tressider Management, and prior to that for Byvan as marketing manager at Chatswood Chase. Bill has also held retail management roles with various Centres in national portfolios in NSW and VIC that has brought him a detailed understanding of the retail property business function.
John is a Project Management specialist with 18 years executive management experience, delivering major projects and initiatives for property, government and financial services brands.
Prior to the establishment of Wiltshire + Dimas, John held Project Management positions and was a member of the executive team with the diversified financial services and investment group, AIMS Financial Group. John also has been a management consultant to financial services organisations including Toyota Financial Services.

With a distinct passion for the arts, John and Bill co-founded aMBUSH Gallery in 2007 - a multi-award winning art gallery and innovative program of site-specific, project-based art activations stemming from a unique fusion of philanthropic and commercial impulses.
