Bijal Shah is the Chief Technology & Payments Officer at Guild Education. Bijal is responsible for leading Guild’s technology teams and overall scalability efforts.
Bijal has significant experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams. Prior to joining Guild, Bijal was Senior Vice President of Analytics & Data Science at Ibotta. During her tenure at Ibotta, Bijal helped scale Ibotta from $5M to $100M in annual revenue. Her team was responsible for building and shipping analytical product solutions for Ibotta’s brand and retail partners. Before joining Ibotta, Bijal worked on the Global Corporate Strategy team at Visa, where she was responsible for Visa’s post-IPO organizational restructuring, repricing, and product innovation strategies.
