Bhawna Singh is the vice president of engineering at Glassdoor, driving engineering vision and goals for Glassdoorʼs consumer products. Bhawna joined Glassdoor 3 years back to lay the foundation of Glassdoor’s new San Francisco office, since then we have grown to 150+ space. Before Glassdoor, Bhawna was an engineering leader at Ask.com of the Search Intelligence organization that focused on search, machine learning, data science and platform services. Bhawna has worked in the search space for a decade and has 15 years of core software development experience. She is passionate about distributed and highly scalable software technologies and adept at building an efficient global organization structure to balance talent and budget while meeting business needs. Bhawna holds Masters degrees in Software Engineering and Computer Applications, and a BS majoring in Electronics.
